We train teams.

While many childbirth classes focus primarily on the person giving birth, we prepare both of you. You'll learn how labor works, how to make informed decisions, how your partner can provide meaningful support, and how to approach unexpected moments with confidence instead of confusion.

Whether you're planning a hospital birth, birth center, or home birth, our goal is the same: to help you walk into labor feeling informed, supported, and prepared.

Over the years, we've helped hundreds of families prepare for birth together. Many of our students go on to have low-intervention births, but our greatest measure of success isn't a specific birth outcome—it's hearing parents say they felt confident, supported, and empowered to navigate whatever birth brought their way.

And if you're local to San Diego, you'll also have the option of in-person coaching and hands-on guidance as you prepare for birth.

Our BirthRoom® Academy is designed to fit your schedule.

Most couples work through the lessons over several weeks, but there's no deadline or required pace. You can move through the course as quickly or as gradually as you'd like based on where you are in your pregnancy.

Your enrollment includes 12 months of access, so you can revisit lessons as labor approaches and review them whenever you need a refresher.

You'll also have access to our monthly live coaching sessions, where you can ask questions, receive guidance, and continue building your confidence as your pregnancy progresses.

Our goal isn't to rush you through a course.

It's to help you feel prepared by the time labor begins.
